The ImpactKnowledge Code of Conduct sets out the values and behavioural expectations that help create a safe, constructive, respectful, and development-focused environment across the platform and its related programmes, events, and institutional interactions.

ImpactKnowledge is more than a digital platform. It is a structured learning environment that brings together learners, educators, facilitators, institutions, speakers, partners, and community participants. For that environment to function well, conduct matters.

Behaviour We Expect

Behaviour We Do Not Accept
- Bullying, harassment, or threats
- Discriminatory language or hate speech
- Repeated disruption

- Inappropriate conduct toward younger learners
- Misuse of community or event spaces
- Conduct that undermines platform safety or trust
Facilitators, Speakers, and Partners
Those holding positions of visibility have additional responsibility to model professionalism and appropriate judgement at a particularly high standard.
Reporting Concerns
Users and institutions are encouraged to report unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. The platform will review and take appropriate action.
Enforcement
ImpactKnowledge reserves the right to issue warnings, remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or escalate where appropriate.
